Medical Director Dr. Maryann Prewitt has joined forces with Director of Aesthetics, Debbie Woodruff, to develop a singular Boutique environment. We like to call it The Aesthetic Elegance Experience—Concierge Med-Spa Services without the price tag. We embrace a common goal informed by the wisdom of more than twenty years of combined practice. Each and every day we are motivated to provide our patients with the most effective, efficient, and economical solutions for personal health and wellness.
Dr. Prewitt empowers her patients to make informed and proactive decisions about their health and approach to the aging process. The trajectory of Dr. Prewitt’s career has reached its apex in her Aesthetic Elegance Med-Spa. She combines state-of-the-art medical and surgical technique, expertise in menopause and hormone therapy, advances in fitness and nutrition as well as healthy sexuality to promote patient wellness—female and male. By encouraging on-going patient education, highly engaged aftercare, and an unmatched sensitivity to the uniqueness of the individual, Dr. Prewitt is an inspiration to all who have the good fortune to share in her energy. Dr. Maryann Prewitt
Dr. Maryann Prewitt of Health Care for Women, P.A. is a Board Certified Fellow, America College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and, she is among the first to be credentialed by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). An expert in Bioidentical Hormones and Hormone Replacement Therapy as well as innovative nutrition and fitness, Dr. Prewitt has practiced Gynecology in the North Dallas/Plano area since 1996 following a prestigious fellowship at Barnes Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Prewitt is a proud graduate of The University of Texas Medical School in Houston. After earning her B.S. degree in Chemistry, graduating cum laude from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, she served both her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University Medical Center, Barnes Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri. During her tenure, she received a faculty appointment at St. Louis University where she was awarded “Teaching Resident of the Year” for three consecutive years.
Dr. Prewitt consistently brings this recognized passion for education to her medical and aesthetic practice. Further, Dr. Prewitt was awarded the coveted “Felix Rutledge Fellowship” in Gynecological Oncology at The University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston heading the Laparoscopic, Hysteroscopy Surgery Division and High-Risk Obstetrics Division.
Most impressive, Dr. Prewitt is one of an elite few physicians in the country with Master’s Certification in the DaVinci Surgery System—the minimally invasive technology revolutionizing the future of surgical practices.
In addition to the professional organizations mentioned above, the highly credentialed Dr. Prewitt is currently affiliated with the American Medical Association (AMA), the Texas Medical Association (TMA), the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American Society of Clinical Colposcopy, and the Urogynecologic Society.

Director of Aesthetics, Debbie Woodruff, takes looking good, feeling good, and doing good to the next level. A Licensed Medical Aesthetician with both uncommon passion and compassion, Debbie shares Dr. Prewitt’s vision for The Aesthetic Elegance Experience—Concierge Med-Spa Services without the price tag. Debbie’s practice represents the culmination of more than twenty years of experience in the aesthetics field. Her career has evolved organically through her work in fashion, beauty, skin care and now Medical Aesthetics.
Scandinavian by birth, Debbie’s holistic approach to customized client care has been informed by both the traditions of her European upbringing as well as the most current aesthetic technology. Debbie derives immense satisfaction in sharing her expertise and cutting-edge knowledge in body and skincare science, laser technology, and body contouring with her clients. She exemplifies our mission at Aesthetic Elegance particularly in her commitment to creating a community environment—a lifestyle destination—where our patients can find up-to-the-minute information, support, and inspiration. In collaboration with an actively engaged on-site physician like Dr. Prewitt, Debbie delivers results far surpassing the typical med-spas. Ashley Kearney
Lead Aesthetician, Ashley Kearney Ashley is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and our Accent XL Specialist. In contrast to typical med-spa “technicians,” Ashley is a true aesthetic expert who, in consult with Dr. Prewitt, performs personalized procedures with maximum results. Ashley left the world of “commercial cookie cutter spas” back in 2008 to join us here at Aesthetic Elegance. Like mother, like daughter, Ashley delights in guiding her clients through their personal transformations—physically, emotionally, even spiritually.
